Lynx Equity is a Canadian private equity firm with its headquarters in Toronto.[6][7][8][9] Lynx Equity expanded into the U.S. market in January 2014 with an office in San Diego and Kansas City.[10][11] Lynx Equity was named the 45th fastest-growing finance company in Canada by Profit Magazine.[12][13]

Lynx Equity was founded in 2007 by Brad Nathan, a merchant banker.[14][15][3] Lynx Equity specializes in acquiring potentially medium-sized businesses from retiring owners.[16][17] Lynx Equity, which is a subsidiary of Succession Capital Corporation,[18] an organization that has been pursuing investments in lower mid-market companies.[3][19][20][21] Lynx Equity targets acquisitions of companies with EBITDA between $750K to $2.5M, and utilizes a buy-and-hold strategy.[22][23][24]
In 2015, Lynx Equity acquired Kitchen Creations Inc. for an undisclosed amount.[25][26][27]
