MSG Esports

MSG Esports is a Moroccan professional esports organization based in Tetouan. It has rosters in Fortnite, Rocket League, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Valorant, League Of Legends, and a number of streamers on the internet platform Twitch.

History

MSG Esports has been founded by Ziad Sghir in 2020, then the team has added Ayman Bouhsini and Ayoub Belkadi as co-owners and CEOs in MSG Administration.

In March 2020, MSG announced that Rogue Energy are their official investors.

Current divisions

Fortnite

On February 13, 2020, MSG became one of the first organizations to sign a professional Fortnite player with the signing of Anas "Danap" Boutchich, then Haitam "Raibii", then the rest of MSG Fortnite Squad.

Rocket League

On August 9, 2020, MSG added RL as a new gaming category to the team by signing with "Diivs" then "Mojjo" as professional Moroccan players to the team. After that, MSG signed with three other players to complete the roster, coached by "Katana".

Valorant

On August 13, 2020, MSG added the new gaming category (Valorant). The recruitment of pros is still ongoing, and the team chose MSG UmiK as a pro Valorant coach to the new roster.

League Of Legends

MSG Esports added the LOL community to their gaming categories on April 25, 2020, led by "Snipeeron" and managed by "Yazid". The roster is still looking for some pros to complete the lineup; for now, (Pain & Ilyaazz) are the only LoL pros in MSG, but it’s going to be done after recruiting some pros, and Nay is next to the signing after some news from the administration and some posts on their socials.
