Frederick MacDonald Quayle, known professionally as Mac Quayle, is an American musician, composer, sound engineer, and producer. He is best known for composing musical scores for television shows, including Mr. Robot, for which he won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series in 2016. He is also known for his numerous collaborations with Ryan Murphy on programs including American Horror Story, Scream Queens, American Crime Story, Feud, Pose, 9-1-1, The Politician, and Ratched. In 2020, Quayle provided additional music for the video game The Last of Us Part II, along with Gustavo Santaolalla.
