Harindra Madhava Wijesinghe is a Sri Lankan presenter who won the hearts of little kids for more than two decades. Harindra Madhava Wijesinghe is born in 1988 June 18 to the parents of Padmasena Perera and Malkanthi Kahandawa. Studied at Lumbini College, Havelock Town, Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is widely regarded as the Derana Little Star Presenter. Got into the Television screen through Upul Shantha Sannasgala's "Wassana Sihiniya" main role as Kasun. Won the hearts of thousands of school children. Working as a Television Presenter at TV DERANA, a leading television channel in Sri Lanka. His father Wijesinghe Pathirage Padmasena Perera retired as a Deputy General Manager of State Mortgage and Investment Bank of Sri Lanka. Mother, Malkanthi Kahandawa worked at Mahaweli Ministry Audit Department in Colombo. He has a elder brother name Gayan Wijesinghe.
Educational Background:[edit]
Madhava got his early education at Dharmashoka Kanishta Vidyalaya at Mahargama. Later he finished his junior education at Maharagama Central College. He finished his high school education at Havelock Town, Lumbini College which is a playground for every artist in Sri Lanka. Madhava is a caring, self motivated individual with passion for fine art. Shown lots of talent in his early age and produced breathtaking performances at Junior and seniors years at school in every concert he participated. Represented college Basket Ball team from Under 13 to Under 17 age group with outstanding performance. Successful completion of vocal and music instruments courses organized by Bathkande Sangith - Vidyapith - Lucknow has given the confidence for him to perform at any stage in Sri Lanka Art and Cinema. Madhava has a charming look and an innovative vocabulary to keep his audience under his belt for hours and hours. Madhava completed his Diploma in Writer-ship and Communication, at The University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka in 2011. During the same year he completed a Diploma in Television Programme Production Techniques and Video Technology awarded by the National Youth Services Council Maharagama, Sri Lanka. Madhava enriched his English Language education through Royal Institute, Colombo and British Council, Sri Lanka.
Presentation Career:[edit]
Madhava started his presentation career at Maharagama Central College at 1999. He rendered outstanding services to the media unit of Central College till 2004. He represented Maharagama Central College at the Leadership and Personality Development Workshop held by the Western Province Education Department in year 2003.
Derana Little Star Presenter:[edit]
Madhava joined Derana while he was a school boy at Lumbini College in 2007 - DERANA STAR IN A MINUTE. Since then he presented DERANA LITTLE STAR for 10 non-stop seasons.
Derana Champion Stars Unlimited Presenter:[edit]
Madhava joined Derana Champion Stars Unlimited program in 2018.

He worked as a Media Director in his company as well as a presenter. He appeared on several music videos on talented artists. Regarded as a innocent lover in the cinematic industry.
