Magalie René
Magalie René (born August 7th,1976) is an American entrepreneur, speaker on compassionate leadership, transformational coach and inspirational speaker. She is the founder and CEO of Magalie René International, Workplace Catalyst LLC based in Los Angeles, California.
Early Life and Career[edit]
Magalie was born to Homere René and Julienne René in Brooklyn, New York where she spent most of her childhood before moving to Boston for her college education. She finished her degree in BS Communications in Boston University.
After Graduation, René worked in Public Relations creating campaigns for brands such as Heineken, Allied Domecq, HGTV, American Express, and Fidelity Investments.
She also worked as a lead stylist for several magazine editorials ultimately landing on Bloomingdale’s catalog.
René moved to Los Angeles to start Workplace Catalyst and Find Your Shine, in Los Angeles.

As an expert in compassionate leadership, René has been featured in Good Morning America.[1] , CBS News[2], and CW’s “Focus Atlanta”[3]
She is also an active member of LAEP (Los Angeles Election Project), a grassroots political group[4], serving as one of its directors[5]
René’s work in workplace catalyst includes DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) which was featured in Forbes.com.[6] Her work also tackled workplace burnout and was featured in business insider.[7]
