Mahmudul Hasan Raju (30 August 1983) is a journalist from Bangladesh. He has received the National ICT Award for the year 2017, for his special contribution in ICT journalism.[1][2][3] [4]
Early life[edit]
Raju was born on August 30, 1983, in Dhaka District. His father's name is Mir Hossain and mother's name Shirin Hossain. He is the Elder among two brothers and one sister.
Education[edit]
He passed SSC in 1999 from Maniknagar high school, Dhaka and HSC in 2001 from Tejgaon College. In 2007 he completed graduation and post-graduation from Jagannath University.
Work[edit]
Raju started working as a sub-editor in the Daily Jugantor in 2007. In 2011, he joined Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) as a staff reporter. At present, he works as Deputy Chief Reporter of this news agency.
Personal life[edit]
Raju is married to Farjana Akter. They have two daughters, Ayaat Binte Hasan (Ongsho) and Annum Binte Hasan (Ohee).
