Makanga Musa, professionally known as Promoter Musa,[1] is a Ugandan music promoter, music distributor, music publisher, online music lyrics publisher and web developer.[2] He is the founder and CEO of PM Music Publishing Ltd.

Promoter Musa started his career at the age of 17 in Kampala, Uganda as a music promoter. He was the first African recognized promoter to appear on Billboard (magazine) articles[3] after publishing several lyrics of one of the most top songs on Billboard Hot 100 like Gooba[4] and Trollz (song).[5]
