James Propa
James Propa born Kaliisa James Musaasizi (16 June 1991, Kampala, Uganda) is a radio, television, newspaper personality and a blogger.

Born in Kampala, Uganda, James Propa is a son of a teacher and a midwife. He attended school in Uganda, Kibiri C/U Primary school in 2003 where he attained a Primary Leavers' certificate. He then went to Mengo Senior school, where he attained both UCE and UACE certificates majoring in physics, economics, mathematics and technical drawing. Later in 2010 he joined Makerere University, where he is a current student of Bsc Computer science.
Career[edit]
James started out as a teacher at a local school in 2010 after his A-level at Mengo senior school James has worked with one of the biggest radio stations in Uganda, Dembe Fm, as a radio DJ hosting a late night show, and part of the Africa Koona team. He was also a social media manager there, where he was in charge of the webpages of the station. Currently, he is an author at Global Voices, which is an online news website for bloggers. In 2013 James won the blogging competition organised by United Nation Population Fund in Uganda. The competition had over 20 bloggers where James came out the top winner. He was honored by Ugandan Minister, Sulaiman Madada at the award ceremony in Kampala, Uganda.
