Malem Ningthouhaja is an Indian historian and writer born in Manipur.[1][2] He graduated from Hindu College, Delhi and later completed M.A., M phil, Phd in history from University of Delhi. He is one of the alleged victim of the Pegasus spyware leaked list included among 300 Indian citizens.[3][4][5]
