Manoj Ramola[3][4](Hindi: मनोज रमोला) is an Indian Casting Director[5]Author and Actor, who has cast several actors for Movies, Television and Ad Films including Indian Television series Savdhaan India hosted by actors like Om Puri, Sushant Singh, Hiten Tejwani and Pooja Gaur aired by Star Bharat, Indian crime reality television anthology series Crime Patrol (TV series) for Sony Entertainment Television India and Sony Entertainment Television Asia hosted by Actor Anoop Soni, Waaris (2016 TV series) broadcast on &TV, Main Naa Bhoolungi aired on Sony India. He wrote Audition Room[6],a book for actors on the Casting (performing arts) and Audition process inaugurated by the legendary Indian Actor late Mr.Om Puri[7]. He is the Founder-Director of Audition School.

Early life and Career[edit]

Manoj Ramola was born in Bageshwar, Uttrakhand [8]. He started performing stage program during his school days. He also acted in regional movies[9](Uttrakhandi). After completed his formal education from Nainital, Uttrakhand, he move to Mumbai in 2007. He started his casting career as an Assistant Casting Director to Indian television series Bhairavi Raichura’s Chhal — Sheh Aur Maat for Colors TV. Subsequently, Ramola did casting for production house like Endemol, Inspire Films, Keylight Production, RowdyRascal and Viniyard Films. Apart from Film and TV, He also served as casting director on such TVC featuring brands including MARVEL TEA, Microtek, KeshKing. His book Audition Room[10][11]is known as India’s first[12](1st) ever book on Casting (performing arts) and Audition process. In this book Audition Room, he addressed common problems for Indian actors during the audition process, problems he had witnessed many times over in his casting sessions. He also worked as an actor with Indian mythological television drama series Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki as Shatrughna on 9X. He also worked as an actor with various episodic television series including Mata Ki Chowki aired on Sahara One and an Indian police procedural television series CID (Indian TV series) created by B. P. Singh for Sony Entertainment Television India. He also appeared friendly in a Bollywood Low-budget film named Up Wali Love Story (2019). He also taken workshops as a Casting (performing arts) Expert[13][14][15]with various schools and organizations including Film and Television Institute of India.
