Manorama Kathua is an Indian indigenous rights activist from Odisha.[1] She is a leading member of the anti-POSCO protest movement and leads the women's wing of the POSCO Pratirodh Sangram Samiti (POSCO Resistance Army Committee).[2] She is a former school teacher[3] who left her job and got involved in the anti-Posco movement at 21. She has been fighting the government authorities against imposing the POSCO project in the state of Odisha and has had more than 27 cases filed against her.[3]
