YouTube career

He started by making several skits, comedy and QnA videos, which quickly became popular and many of them even reached 500 thousand views. In 2014 he started one of his most popular series, Stamatiste To Tragoudi[2] (English:Stop The Song) where he reacted to several clips of people singing songs and to music videos in general, which most of the time were hilariously bad and cringe, making several jokes and parody skits about them. He has stated that he doesn't encourage hatred or bullying against the individuals in these clips, and that it's all for comedic purposes. In the next few years he started getting more and more popular, with many of his videos reaching over 1 million views. In this period he also started another series, Dare Videos, where he would do dares given to him by his audience. In April 2016 he released his first parody song, Είμαι Swag (English: I'm Swag), which got over 4 million views.[3] In September 2016 he started another one of his main series, Mano Mathe Mou (English: Manos Teach Me), where he would satirically teach his fans stuff that they asked from the comments.[4]

In October 2016 he published a video where he said that he got a pug puppy, something that he always wanted to do as he really loved pets and dogs, especially that breed.[5] He named him Rocky. He appeared in many of his videos, and especially in a mini-series where he would take an interview to Rocky, which Rocky supposedly answered to different questions set by Manos. His attitude against Manos was most of the time rude and satirical, something which made those videos hilairious. In the following years he uploaded consistently, almost every week.

In many of his videos Manos also included a character played by himself, Ellinida Mana (English:Greek Mother), which is supposed to be his mother. This character is always angry at her son and tends to be excessive for very simple stuff, satirizing the stereotype of the average Greek mother.[6]

In January 2019 he started the series Fast Food vs Spitiko (English:Fast Food vs Homemade) where he would order a fast-food dish and then challenge himself to cook it on time before the delivery arrives.[7] In the first episode he tried to cook a burger, which he failed miserably.[8] His fans loved the video so much and found it really funny, something which inspired him to continue this and make it a series on the channel.

In December 2019 he released a video where he reacts to several Life Hack videos sent by his fans and tests them by himself to see if they are truly helpful[9]. This eventually turned into another series on his channel.[10]

In around 2019 to 2020 his upload consistency and schedule started to fall off. He stated that he wanted to dedicate more time into his content and not to push himself to make and release a video every week like he used to.

In July 2020 he reached 1.000.000 subscribers, and to celebrate that achievement he released a special video on August where he mixed almost all of his series into one.[11] After that he released 3 more videos[12][13][14] before eventually dissapearing for over a year.

On January 25, 2023 he made a comeback on the platform with a new episode of Mano Mathe Mou[15]. At the end of the video he dedicated 20 minutes to talk about where he had been and why he dissapeared for so long.[16] He explained that he just wanted to take a big break, because since he started YouTube he almost never stopped working. He said that this affected many aspects of his life, like his social life. He also talked about his terrible and unhealthy lifestyle he had for many years. The fact that he was overweight and how much he had gained, that fact that he barely exercised or even left his home , and the bad habits he had such as smoking and eating excessive amount of fast-food. He explained how much this break he took helped him to change and improve himself. He started exercising and lost a lot of weight, as seen in the video, he stopped all of the bad habits he had and he most importantly rested. After that video he started making content again, but he took a lot of time for each one for quality reasons. He made several new episodes in many of his series such as Fast Food vs Spitiko, Mano Mathe Mou, Life Hacks, etc. His new videos were of higher quailty, often praised for that fact by his fans and other creators alike.

In May 2024 he uploaded a vlog video where he goes to New York , tries a ton of food and rates them in a tier list. He said that video wasn't originally planned to be made, and that he just was recording different stuff he would experience to keep it for himself, but midway the trip he decided to make a vlog.[17] Despite the "food ranking" part of the video, it also just was a chill vlog where Manos would experience and visit different parts of the city.

In November 2016 he released one of his most popular parody songs, Thelo Na Fao (English:I Want to Eat), which now has over 8 million views.[18] He made many songs like this afterwards, such as Pitogyro[19], Kalokairi[20] and Pagoto Karamela[21]

Manos has said that music is one of his biggest passions, after YouTube and video editing. He admitted that on his latest vlog where he went to Chongching.[24]

In June 2016 he was invited on the tv show "Bravo Roula" by the famous Greek tv presenter Roula Koromila on Epsilon Channel where she got a small interview to him.[25]

In April 2017 he participated in the TV music contest X Factor (Greece) with his own song Thelo Na Fao[26][27]
