Manuel Antonio Mejía Dalmau (Quito, June 19, 1947) is an Ecuadorian diplomat. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador, a position he held from March 15, 2021 through Decree 1270 until May 24 from 2021.
He was Ecuador's ambassador to Germany from November 21, 2017 to March 14, 2021.
He has studies at the Faculty of Administration of the Central University of Quito and Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Quito.4 He worked as a teacher at the Technical University of Ambato, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Quito and at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Cuenca.
