Levasseur's work explores intimacy, interactions, non-human ecosystems, and interfaces as extensions of perception, language, or images through screens. Using forms and techniques such as video, installation, sculpture, and 3D animation, she examines the proximity of technological and organic surfaces in a posthuman context. Her methods are inspired by feminist science fiction.[3]
