Marisa Ingemi is an American sports journalist and broadcaster. She has written for the Boston Herald, and espnW.[1] She also served as the play-by-play commentator for the Boston Pride in the NWHL, the Boston Cannons and for Boston University.[2][3][4]
As reporter for the Herald, she reported that the Boston Bruins were the only NHL team not to offer financial support for staff during the 2019-20 coronavirus outbreak.[5][6] The Bruins later provided financial support for their employees.[7] Later that year, she was the first to report on the Boston Pride's trade for the 1st overall pick in the 2020 NWHL Draft.[8]
She also covers lacrosse, having broken the news of the National Lacrosse League's expansion to San Diego and Philadelphia in 2018.[9][10]
