Mark's Bistro
Mark's Bistro is famous within the Sydney region as an establishment famously frequented by the likes of Steven Evila, Job Evangelio and David Stadinsky. The bistro was established by Mark Yeo in 2010 in collaboration with Derek Du as a casual Italian eatery.
Mark Yeo has established a uniform of a black Nike shirt with a green logo and a black hooded jacket. Part of the restaurant has iRobot themed decorations just because Mark is a quirky person. He has a reputation of being a knowledgeable man, and hopes one day to establish many other restaurants.
"I want to make restaurants - with mirrors. And when people come in I want to write words on their foreheads backwards. So when they look up a the mirror, they'll be encouraged!" (Mark Yeo, 2011)
