Dagwoods Sandwichs et Salades is a Montreal, Canada-based restaurant chain which a subsidiary of MTY Food Group Inc. agreed to acquire for $3 million CAN.
Dagwoods operates 23 restaurants in Canada, mostly in Quebec.
Dagwoods official Spiro Krallis will continue as president of Dagwoods for a three-month period.[1][2]
