Mark Dinning is the current editor of Time Out Dubai.[1]

Previous work[edit]

Mark Dinning joined Empire magazine in 1999 as a staff writer,[2][1] later becoming news editor[2] and then features editor at the magazine.[2] He left Empire in July 2003 to help launch Zoo.[2][1] He later joined Total Film as an editor,[1] leaving in October 2006 and rejoining Empire this time as its editor-in-chief,[2] a position he held from 2006 until July 2014, as the magazine’s longest serving editor.[1]

As Empire magazine's Editor-in-Chief he was a judge in the Empire Awards Done In 60 Seconds Competition at the 15th Empire Awards in 2010,[3] the 16th Empire Awards in 2011,[4] the 17th Empire Awards in 2012,[5] the 18th Empire Awards in 2013[6][7] and the 19th Empire Awards in 2014.[8]
