Works[edit]
Jovanovic was the first one to mention the switch-grip technique and teaches this technique in single stroke mastery. The ankle technique (a foot technique that is based on single strokes and it's trademark feature is that you are using only one muscle group which results in less waste of energy) was first mentioned in his online course bass drum mastery. Also the tension and relaxation principle for playing double bass was first mentioned in bass drum mastery. Drumming techniques covered in detail at the drum-technique academy are: the ankle technique, the switch grip technique, open close technique, flat foot technique, push pull technique, swivel technique, pressure swivel technique, heel toe technique among others.
