Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini
Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini (born May 28, 1963 in Mendrisio) is a Swiss lawyer and entrepreneur.
Biography[edit]
In 1985 Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini graduated in law from the University of Geneva and in 1988 he became a lawyer. He worked from 1985 to 1993 in the law firm Tettamanti Spiess & Associates [1] and in 1989 he became director of the legal department of the Saurer Group Holding Company Inc. and remained in office until 1998. From 1993 he was appointed partner of the law firm Tettamanti Spiess & Associates dealing with contracts, corporate actions, corporate and tax law. In 2005 Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini founded his own law firm Avv. Massimo G. Pedrazzini SA based in Lugano.
Political activity[edit]
Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini has carried out political activities in the Canton of Ticino (Switzerland) as municipal councilor from 1992 to 1994 for the city of Sorengo[2] and from December 1999 to March 2000 for the city of Magliaso.[3]
Business activity[edit]
Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini currently holds the position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg alternative investment fund named Sterling Strategic Value Fund S.A., SICAV-RAIF,[4] founded in 1999 by the entrepreneur Dr. Tito Tettamanti. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies including SSVL (Monaco) SAM,[5] Fidinam Group Holding Inc., Fidinam Group Worldwide Ltd.[6] ST Group Holding Inc., ST Real Estate Holding Inc., ST Australia Real Estate Inc. and ST USA Real Estate Inc.
Academic activities[edit]
Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini held since 1994 several seminars, among others, with SSQEA, SUPSI University, IBA (International Bar Association), the SECA (Swiss Private Equity and Corporate Finance Association) and Mergermarket (Financial Times).
