Mathew Moxness (April 1, 1987) is a Canadian investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in eCommerce and real estate.[1][2]
Education
Mathew Moxness has an educational background in tech where he studied web analytics at the University of British Columbia and e-commerce at Sheridan College and has also been involved in real estate most of his working life. The result being a history of profitable projects and an interesting network of builders, architects and suppliers which can be drawn upon. As a business principle over the past several years he has educated himself on best practice, and as a result has learned to avoid problems, optimize opportunities and minimize risk.[3][4]He has been featured in many media outlets for his achievements[5].
Career
He has extensive transactional experience with an emphasis on multifamily. He has broad experience across various asset types in the real estate industry, buying and holding combined with creative ways to finance projects. His business model has developed to date, and he is focused primarily on underperforming apartments and builds. He is actively involved in the acquisition of apartment properties and structuring of real estate deals.[6][7]
