Matt Pierce (born May 5, 1985) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He last played for the Laredo Bucks in the Central Hockey League.

Prior to turning professional, Pierce attended Mercyhurst College where he played four seasons of NCAA Division I ice hockey with the Mercyhurst Lakers men's ice hockey team.
