Matthew Nicholas Felker (born October 11, 1979) is an American filmmaker, screenwriter, and actor known for his work in both film and television. He has modeled for Ford Models, Elite Models, and Irene Marie Models. He is known for his roles in music video for Britney Spears’s Toxic, White Flag by Dido, and Have You Ever Been in Love by Celine Dion. He was also featured in the 2018 Netflix documentary The American Meme. He has directed documentaries Public Figures and Baywatch: An American Dream. [2][3][4]

Biography[edit]

Ford Models scouted Matthew while he was a student at Arizona State University. He filmed a commercial for Häagen-Dazs, in which he was portrayed as an interracial couple serving cookies and cream ice cream, which gave him his acting break.[5]

In addition to working for Versace, Iceberg, and The Gap, he has modeled with Joanna Krupa in a Times Square denim campaign. The Britney Spears song Toxic features him in the music video, which was directed by Joseph Kahn. He also starred in the music videos for White Flag by Dido, again directed by Kahn, and Have You Ever Been in Love by Celine Dion, all of which were directed by Chris Applebaum and Fountains of Wayne’s Stacy’s Mom.[6][7]

In the comedy Balls to the Wall, he appeared as an exotic dancer and also served as executive producer. He most recently starred in the Lifetime movie “The Real St. Nick,” which was directed by Penelope Spheeris.[8][9]

He made an appearance in an episode of MTV's short-lived series Fear. Matthew and Chelsea Handler shot a pilot called Dirty Famous.[10][11]
