Mavis Yaa Asare
Mavis Yaa Asare is a Ghanaian security expert, a male dominated field in Ghana. She was awarded the World Certified Professional Award in the field of Security Management by the International Centre for Executive Security Training (ICEST), making her the first African woman to achieve this status in security management. The award was conferred on her after she successfully completed her training as a Chartered Security Professional.[1][2][3][4]

In 2011, Asare graduated from the Regent University College of Science and Technology.[1][2][3][4]
Career[edit]
Asare has worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Cardinal Security Services, a private security company in Ghana. In January 2019, she successfully completed an intensive six-month Chartered Security Professional course, attaining outstanding results in the Chartered Security Professional examinations and as a result she was awarded the World Certificate Professional Award by the International Centre for Executive Security Training.[1][2][3][4][5]
