Meaghan Pezon is an American ice hockey forward, currently playing with the Minnesota Whitecaps of the National Women's Hockey League (NWHL).
Career[edit]
She went to Eden Prairie High School, where she served as the captain of the school's hockey team in her senior year, leading the team to a state championship in 2006. That year, she was named a finalist for the Minnesota Ms. Hockey Award.[1]
From 2006 to 2010, she attended St. Cloud State University, scoring 95 points in 137 NCAA games.
She stayed with the team when the Whitecaps joined the NWHL in 2018.[2] She scored two points in nine games in her rookie NWHL season, as the team won the Isobel Cup. Her production jumped in the 2019–20 NWHL season, picking up 21 points in 24 games, as the Whitecaps returned to the Isobel Cup finals for the second year in a row, before the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.[3]
