Receptiv, formerly Mediabrix, is a mobile focused digital advertising company based in New York City.[1] Founded by Ari Brandt and Jay Drago in 2011,[1] Receptiv's investors include Edison Ventures and Revel Partners with $5.5 million of series A and B funding to date.[2] Receptiv is the creator of an emotional targeting[3] platform for introducing appropriate brand advertising messages and in-app rewards during Breakthrough Moments (BTMs).[4]
