Meer Faisal
Meer Faisal[1][2](born Syed Faisal Farid) is a freelance journalist based in Delhi.[3] He is from Bihar. He has been instrumental in debunking the hate crimes committed by 'Hinduttva extremists in India' on virtual platforms and reporting the physical violence of Hindutva organizations in different parts of the country.[4] He regularly writes for Maktoob media,[5] an independent online media outlet and has contributed to organizations like The Wire,[6] Al Jazeera, Nikkei Asia,[7] Firstpost,[8] Article 14,[9] Boom Live,[10] The Quint[11][12][13]
Early life and education
Faisal was born in Bihar. He was educated in Patna.[14]
