Melvin L. Manfull

Melvin Lawrence Manfull (February 24, 1919 – September 11, 2000)[1] was the United States Ambassador to the Central African Republic from 1970 to December 1972. He then served as the United States Ambassador to Liberia until his resignation in 1975.[2]
