Michael Norman, known professionally as Micl Snr, is the Founder and Owner of MiclnGrace Studios based in Los Angeles, California and also in Johannesburg, South Africa. He specializes in Motion Picture Productions | Post Production Services | Distribution | Music & Entertainment. He is also an International Multi Award Winning, Hollywood Director.

Micl Snr founder and owner of MiclnGrace Studios is a Film Director, Writer, Actor, Singer and Entrepreneur best known for his international Multi award winning Short Film Project X Marks the Spot. This short film earned him a Hollywood New Directors Honorable Mention Award in the 2018 film Festival in California. Micl turned to his long awaited passion for filmmaking in his early 30's. He also directed and produced a short horror film called Bloody Simplex (2016). He has turned his film production title into a franchise, further producing Next Assignment: Project X (2017) and now his debut feature film Next Assignment: Code Blue (2017). Micl Snr and his Co-founder and Producer Grace Norman are also responsible for pioneering the first ever training of actors for a movie role in Johannesburg South Africa (2017).
