A member of UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Dr. Michael Rauh is also Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopedics at School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at SUNY Buffalo. Dr. Rauh is also Medical Director and Head Team physician|Team Physician and Orthopedic Consultant to the Buffalo Bandits of the NLL (National Lacrosse League), Team Physician at Orchard Park High School, Assistant Team Physician at both SUNY Buffalo and Erie Community College, and a Peer Journal Reviewer at the American Journal of Sports Medicine,[1] Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research, and Orthopedics. In addition, he serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Orthopedics is on the board of the New York State Society of Orthopedics Surgeon, as well as the AAOS Board of Councilors.[2]

Dr. Michael Rauh went to St. Bonaventure University, with Biochemistry as his major (1995). He also went to the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine (1999).
His Clinical Orthopedic Research Fellowship was at Kenneth Krackow, M.D , (2000). His Sports Medicine Fellowship was at The Cleveland Clinic, (2006 – 2007). He also did a European Traveling Fellowship, (2008). His Orthopedic Surgery Residency was at The University at Buffalo, (2001-2005).[3]

Michael Rauh has acquired multiple certifications in the doctor field. He earned the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery Certificate in Orthopedic Sports Medicine, American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Michael has privileges at the following hospitals: ECMC, Kaleida Health, and the Southtowns Surgery Center.[3]
