Milica Topalovic (born 1971) is a Serbian architect. She was an assistant at the research institute Studio Basel created by Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron and holds a Chair of Architecture and Territorial Planning at ETH Zurich.
She works at the threshold between architecture, territory and planning. Prior to her professorship at ETHZ, Topalovic held an assistant professorship at the Future Cities Laboratory in Singapore.[1] Her works have been widely published. [2]
