Miskender(Makarna ile İskender) is a Turkish dish consists of döner kebab prepared from thinly cut grilled lamb topped with hot tomato sauce of pasta and generously slathered with melted sheep's milk butter and yogurt. Tomato sauce and melted butter are generally poured over the dish, at the table. Miskender is made at home with different recipes.[1][2][3]
