Miyako Taxi

Miyako Taxi is a Japanese transportation company based in Kyoto. Founded in 1940, it provides taxicab and other transportation services.[1] In April 2017, the company launched a pilot project called "Silence Taxis" in which its cab drivers will not talk to the passengers they are ferrying so as to provide a comfortable and silent ride to its passengers.[2][3]
