Mobolaji Ogunlende is the Special Adviser, Lagos State Ministry of Special Duties & Intergovernmental Relations, Chairman, Governing Council, National Youth Service Corps, Lagos State,[1] a manager,[2] and a philanthropist.[3] He is the founder of a non-profit organization, the Real Acts of Kindness (RAK) Development Foundation.[4]
Mobolaji Ogunlende was awarded the African Courage Prize for Investment in Youth and Enterprise Development at the African Young Luther King Heroes Summit.[5][6]

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in business economics from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and a Master of Science degree in hydrocarbon enterprise from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.[7] He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Nigeria.[8]

On 13 October 2022, the executive governor of Lagos State Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu appointed Ogunlende as Special Adviser on Ministry of Special Duties & international Relations.[9]
Philanthropy and humanitarian services[edit]
- Contributing gift items to Lagos State Ministry of Education: For the Lagos State Ministry of Education Awards, RAK Development Foundation through Mobolaji Ogunlende donated gifts to teachers who stood out in the merit awards.[10]
- Partnered with TAP – The Aggregators Program to distribute palliatives across 3 communities of 455 households.[11]
- Donation of wheelchairs to members of the community of people living with disabilities in Badagry.[12]
- Continuous empowerment of the Badagry Women Development Forum through various programs for women empowerment such as supporting their SMEs with start-up items, financial injection, etc.[13]
- Sponsoring the campaign against rape and domestic violence against women and young girls through awareness programs and security items.[14]
- Sponsored an inter-religious exercise that saw a pastor visit all the 323+ Badagry communities for inter-denominational and inter-faith prayers. Empowered the pastor with a motorbike, electronic speaker, camera, and funding.[15]
- Donated equipment to the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) responsible for NIN registrations to ease the pressure of the on-going registrations in the community.[16]
- Giving continuous support to SMEs within the community i.e.. donated air-conditioners to barbing saloons, donated grinding machines, fridges, freezers, hair-dryers, generators, etc. to empower women and men-led SMEs.
- Completed an abandoned electrification project for Todovi Community in Badagry who had not had any power supply for over 5 years.[17]
- Empowered youths to train for CBT (Computer-Based Tests) exams and improve their UTME scores.
- Construction and maintenance of multiple pipe-borne water installations across Badagry.[18]
- Promoting sports by co-sponsoring the local league within the community. Encouraging local football teams by Jersey donations and covering expenses related to logistics.
- Runs an annual feeding program for Muslim faithful during Ramadan which feeds up to 500 people daily.[19]
- Deep dedication to women empowerment projects by kick-starting over 50 SMEs headed by women across Badagry in the over 3 years of the foundation’s existence
- Empowered widows of fallen heroes in Badagry to mark the 62nd Independence anniversary of Nigeria.[20][21][22]
