Dr. Mukhles Ur Rahman is a Bangladeshi Civil Servant who currently serves as Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration . [1] [2] He previously served as the Divisional commissioner (Bangladesh) of Chittagong, Secretary of the Anti-Corruption Commission (Bangladesh), and Secretary of the Public Service Commission (Bangladesh).
Early life
Mokhles Ur Rahman completed his secondary education from Rangpur Zilla School. After earning a bachelor's and master's degree in finance from Dhaka University, he studied GST at the Australian National University. He eventually received his PhD from an East Coast university in the United States.[3]
Career
Mokhles Ur Rahman has also served as Deputy Commissioner of Moulvibazar, Divisional Commissioner of Chittagong, Secretary of the Anti-Corruption Commission, and Secretary of the Public Service Commission.[4]
