Early life and education
Mona Aboud attended Cairo University graduating in 1981 from the Faculty of Commerce, Business Administration Department. During her stay in London from "1980-2009" she earned a Higher Diploma in Real Estate Marketing in 1987 and Diploma of Banking Science from Institute of Banking in 2001.[1][2]
Real Estate Marketing Career
Mona Aboud established a Real Estate Marketing & Project Management Company in 1990. She achieved great success under a very severe competitive atmosphere during hot political events after the 25th Jan revelation, where there was no place then except for the fittest of the fittest.[1][3]

A Joint Stock Company that was established in 2008 according to law number 8 in 1997, with a share capital estimated at 220,000,000 Egyptian pounds.
The company has built 4176 Housing Units, a Shopping Mall, a School, a Hospital and a Sport Club.
The project is located in 6 October City with 1900 Million Egyptian Pounds (One thousand nine hundred million Egyptian Pounds only) as a total investment cost. The first stage of the project has already been delivered to its beneficiaries.[4][5][6][7]
Egyptian Developers for Real Estate development
A Joint Stock Company established in 2010 according to law number 157 in 1980, with a share capital estimated at 20 Million Egyptian pounds (twenty Million Egyptian Pounds only). The Company is evaluating several projects in different places inside Egypt now, and it is estimated to invest 900 Million Egyptian Pounds (Nine Hundred Million Egyptian Pounds only) in the Real Estate Sector.[2][8][9]
