Othman Atiq (born May 22, 1997, Casablanca), known by the stage name Mr. Crazy, is a Moroccan rapper.
Career
His songs, videos, and music portray the worsening social and humanitarian crisis in Morocco, such as slums, marginalization, looting, homelessness, and the unemployed crisis in Morocco.[citation needed]
On August 8, 2014, a court in Ain Sebaa, near Casablanca, issued a three-month prison sentence and a fine of 500 dirhams, on charges of “insulting state institutions”,[1] “harming public morals”, “distorting the Moroccan national anthem”, and “insulting the police and the judiciary”.
It was stated at the beginning of the song entitled “My Life Is Incomplete”: “The spring of the free in the national anthem is nothing but a word... Bright lights are just a dream for me”.[2][3]
