Muhammad Arief Albani is a writer. Active as a board member of Nahdlatul Ulama[1] and the Nusantara Banyumas Satria Cooperative (NUMas)[2]. Born in Jayapura City, Irian Jaya (Papua) 07-28-1977. Currently domiciled in Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java.
Born and childhood in Jayapura City until he finished Elementary School (SD), then continued his secondary school at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng, Jombang, East Java. It was in Tebuireng that strengthening the understanding of Islam Ahlusunah wal Jama'ah and Jam'iyyah Nahdlatul Ulama was obtained.
In addition to being active in the world of literacy and religious organizations, he is also actively engaged in community empowerment through cooperatives. Noted as the Chairman of the Cooperative Nusantara Banyumas Satria (NUMas) which is a Producer Cooperative of processed agricultural and plantation products.
His writings are more dominant on matters related to the Nahdlatul Ulama organization and Islamic studies.
