Muhammed Kheir Fatima (born 1945) is a Syrian teacher, author, and an Islamic scholar born in Damascus. He received his high school diploma in Al Ansar Institute, and is the vice dean of the faculty of Islamic Fundamentals at Omdurman Islamic University (Damascus Branch). [1][2]
