Murat Taşçı is the Chairman of Actus Partners, who is the winner of the World Bank sponsored Private Equity fund manager competition in 2022.[1][2][3] [4] [5]

Murat Tasci is the CEO & President of the Jamaica Actus Small & Medium Enterprises Fund (JASMEF), a unique public-private partnership, and Chairman & Founder of Actus Partners. He was selected by the World Bank & the Government of Jamaica to create a Private Equity ESG/impact investment fund to serve SMEs across the Caribbean with access to growth capital.[1] Jamaica Actus SMEs Fund (JASMEF) has been successfully established in 2022 with a target fund size of US$100M.[3] Tasci has aligned JASMEF with the UN SDGs.[6]

At 24, he was the youngest executive representing IS Private Equity (subsidiary of İşbank) on a corporate board. His corporate career included executive roles at Investcorp Bank BSC. and Qatar First Investment Bank. He served at the boards of largest branded meat company in Turkey[7]

Tasci was educated at London Business School and Bogazici University, the top Turkish university known for US-style education.
