MuscleBlaze is an Indian research & development company in the field of sports nutrition, supplement, fitness & wellness founded in 2012. It is owned by Bright Lifecare Private Limited and headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana.

History

MuscleBlaze was founded in August 2012 by Sameer Maheshwari and Prashant Tandon.[4][5][6]

Muscleblaze has partnered with cult fitness & blue tokai. MuscleBlaze sent some of their athletes in a fitness competition Hyrox in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[7] In December 2025, the company launched Gym wear fashion label, 'Z-Verse' which promotes India’s streetwear and fitness culture.[8]

International expansion

MB expanded its operations to United States, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. In March 2025, it received the US patent.[9]

The company is also collaborated with Japanese manga anime franchise Naruto to provide its theme based products.[10]

Research & Development

In July 2022, MB developed its patented home protein testing kit which helps in determining the content of protein in a protein supplement. As per the reports, it is world’s first protein testing kit which derives the actual protein content in any food product.[11]

In 2024, MuscleBlaze, under its parent company Bright Lifecare Private Limited, developed an Potentiated Ashwagandha roots compound with improved efficacy. The formulation was designed to provide a full spectrum of active constituents from ashwagandha roots. Later the innovation was granted a patent.[12]

MuscleBlaze sponsored and published a clinical study evaluating its proprietary MB CreAmp (creatine monohydrate) formulation against conventional creatine monohydrate. The randomized clinical trial involved 32 healthy male volunteers. According to the company's published findings, MB CreAmp demonstrated higher bioavailability, improved absorption, and greater plasma retention compared with conventional creatine monohydrate.[13]
