Music In Minnesota is a Twin Cities-based online magazine that focuses on music, entertainment, and pop culture. It was founded in 2015 by Bo Weber.[1] The website features live concert photography, album reviews, and informational blogs about musical artists.[2] Since its inception, Music In Minnesota has been the official live concert press for performances by Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Post Malone, Metallica, and several others.[3] Music In Minnesota receives over one million readers per year in over 200 countries.

Music In Minnesota was established in 2015 by Bo Weber. He launched the website as a resource for artists to gain awareness and support from fans.[1] In July of 2020, Music In Minnesota hosted an online fundraiser named "Value Our Venues" in an effort to offset lost revenue that Minnesota music venues experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic.[4] The fundraiser was created by Music In Minnesota photojournalist, Tom Smouse. Value Our Venues raised over $26,000 for the eight participating Twin Cities music venues. While the pandemic continued, Smouse documented how musicians were adapting during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order.[5]
