My Eyes On You is a neo-noir third-person 3D action/adventure mystery video game, which allows players to be the character, Jordan Adalien, who is known as an FBI analyst and who’s primary focus is to find the identity of a murderer.[1][2][3][4]
Gameplay[edit]
It is a shooter game that is presented from a third-person perspective. Throughout the game, the players must collect clues from non-playable characters while traveling in mysterious alleys of the neo-noir Chicago and suburbs. The game features stealth sequences, such as the players hiding from enemies and sneaking past them while your stress-out avatar, Jordan, battles hallucinations, for example.[5][2][6][7]
Plot[edit]
In the suburbs of Chicago, FBI analyst Jordan Adalien tries everything in his power to catch the elusive man in the Red Mask with the help of other detectives, Ryland Tremble, Carol Griffiths, and FBI profiler Benton Ulrich, who assign him to the case. Later in the game, Jordan realizes this case is way too close to home, until he’s betrayed and framed by people he trusted. Now he has to escape the masked thugs, find out the truth, and clear his name before its too late.[1][2][4][8]
Development[edit]
Design[edit]
Storymind Entertainment consists of developers who come from backgrounds working on AAA Titles Games like Metro: Last Light, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, and The Witcher 3.[1][5][9]
The character's realistic animations where created with motion capture.[10]
My Eyes On You is non-linear and the flow of the story and gameplay depends on the decisions of the player.[5][2][11]
Chicago, which is known as the capital of noir films and its history as a place of infamous Italian mafia groups, has inspired the story, gameplay, and design of My Eyes On You. In this alternative version of Chicago, people wear carnival costumes and masks, which allow anyone to do wicked things.[10][11]
My Eyes On You artistic vision was also inspired by classic cyberpunk and neo-black movies.[12]
The game's visuals give off a strong Blade Runner 2049 vibe, according to James Paley of COG Connected and David Gelmini of Dread Central.[8][13]
My Eyes On You has an 80s theme soundtrack.[13]
Production[edit]
My Eyes On You was created by a team at Storymind Entertainment, which is an independent Ukrainian studio.[1][5]
The studio was formed in 2015 and later the production started for My Eyes On You in the summer of 2016.[10]

Reception[edit]
David Gelmini of Dread Central wrote, "The decisions you make will also dictate whether the game’s plot stays closer to reality or heads in a supernatural direction, so you’d better be careful what you wish for. Whilst searching for clues will be one of your main areas of focus, combat will also play an important role, too."[8]
Rajesh Vishwakarma of WCCF Tech said, "In My Eyes On You, you will be able to behave and make decisions in a purely rational way and you may get to something. But if you did not succeed, it is not a problem to start believing occult hints and moving on a substantially different, mysterious path that no longer has much to do with rational analysis."[16]
Arianne Gift of Blasting News wrote, “It’s a mind-bending adventure where not everything is as it seems, especially for Adalien, as he finds himself charged with cooperating with the Carnival Man in terms of killings and with helping the killer get away from the scene of the crime.”[17]
