My Home Group is an Indian conglomerate based in Telangana, India. It was founded by Dr. Rameswar Rao Jupally,[2] and is involved in a diversified infrastructure conglomerate with business interests in engineering & construction, power, cement, real estate, and education.[3][4]
History
The company was founded by Dr. Rameswar Rao Jupally in 1981.[5][6] My Home's cement brand firm Maha Cement (My Home Industries Private Limited), divested 50% in favour of CRH plc, an Ireland-based materials company for 290 million in 2008.[7] It bought Sree Jayajothi Cements from Shreeram Group for ₹1,400 crore (US$190 million) in 2013.[8][9]

Subsidiaries
My Home Constructions Private Limited (MHCPL) is a real estate company, which has a turnover of ₹650 crore (US$90 million) as of November 2016. The company is rated A1+ by CRISIL.[1][10] Maha Cement is a cement brand firm, with 10 million tonne cement capacity,[11] making it one of the largest cement producers in South India. It is a 50:50 joint venture with CRH plc.[12][13][14] The Times of India reports that it has an annual turnover of ₹3,000 crore (US$420 million).[2]
Abja Power, an electric utility company,[15] is a part of My Home Group.[3] An education institute run by the company called My Home Educational Society.
Partnership
In March 2017, the company partnered with RMZ Corp to develop premium commercial office space in Hyderabad with an investment of over ₹6,500 crore (US$900 million).[16][17] It has two more cement brands named Maha Gold[18] and Maha Shakthi.[19]
It also tied up with PuREnergy, a solar energy company incubated at IIT Hyderabad in May 2017.[15][20]
