Mycorena is a Swedish vegan food technology company specialising in mycoproteins[1][2][3][4]. The company was founded in 2018 by Ramkumar Nair and is based upon his earlier research in industrial biotechnology[5]. Mycorena has headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. From 2021, Mycorena will produce their fungi-based protein in industrial volumes.
