The National Route 82 (N82) is 5-kilometer (3.1 mi), 2-6 lane primary national route that forms part of the Philippine Highway network. It connects the cities of Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu.[1] It is home to one of the bridges that connect the islands of Cebu and Mactan, the Mactan-Mandaue Bridge (officially known as Sergio Osmeña bridge).
History[edit]
Route description[edit]
The route starts as A.C. Avenue in Mandaue in Cebu. After it reaches Mactan-Mandaue Bridge, it is now considered as Mandaue–Mactan Road. After the intersection with Mactan Circumferential Road (N845), the road changes to Pajo–Basak–Marigondon Road.[2] The route ends as it becomes a provincial road in Lapu Lapu.
Landmarks[edit]
This road is carried by the first bridge connecting Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue, the Mactan–Mandaue Bridge.
