Digicorp (formerly Digicorp Information Systems Pvt. Ltd.) is a privately held information technology services company headquartered in Ahmedabad, India. They had approximately 85 employees in their Ahmedabad development center and offices in Houston and Kuwait as of May 7, 2013.[1]

History

Digicorp was founded on January 16, 2004, in Ahmedabad by four college friends from Gujarat University – Abhishek Desai, Kuntal Shah, Nachiket Patel, and Sanket Patel.[2] The company was incorporated as a partnership firm called "Digitizers Corporation" and later became a private limited company called "Digicorp Information Systems Pvt. Ltd." in January 2006, with its registered office in Ahmedabad.[3]
