JCI NFQ Technologies – is a Lithuanian and German-owned international software development company that builds web and mobile solutions for the travel, logistics, aviation and retail industries and also develops the proprietary platform ONGR for accelerating large-scale e-commerce projects.
The NFQ Technologies brand belongs to NFQ Technologies JCI. About 250 developers work at NFQ’s offices in Kaunas, Vilnius and Šiauliai in Lithuania.
NFQ Technologies specializes in solutions for e-commerce, custom business management systems, metasearch, the travel industry, and business process automation and optimization. The company is considered one of the pioneers in the use of Agile software development methodology in Lithuania.

History
The NFQ brand was created in 1999 in Germany at the initiative of Wolfgang Heigl and Andreas Stegmann. Darius Lebedzinskas, a current board member and co-owner, joined NFQ in 2000.
The companies in the NFQ group were known as Net Frequency JCI and Technologijų Parkas JCI until 2013, when they were renamed NFQ Solutions JCI and NFQ Technologies JCI.
Since the spring of 2012, NFQ has organized a free-of-charge series of practical activities for students called the NFQ Academy. More than 600 people have completed the NFQ Academy in Kaunas, Vilnius and Šiauliai.
In the summer of 2013, NFQ eXtremes JCI, a developer of software for very large e-businesses, was established and made part of the group, and in late 2014 all three companies were merged into the single NFQ Technologies JCI.
Since July 2013, NFQ has been led by Paulius Insoda.
In 2014 the company Technologijų Parkas JCI was established to manage NFQ’s real estate in Kaunas.
In 2015 NFQ Technologies opened an office in Vietnam.
Achievements
In 2012, NFQ was the fastest growing provider of IT services among the major Baltic IT firms.
According to investment banking firm Prime Investment UAB’s semi-annual ratings, NFQ was also the fifth biggest exporter among IT service providers in the Baltics and 16th for revenue.
In 2013 NFQ was listed as one of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in Central Europe in Deloitte’s “Technology Fast 50” report.[1] Its growth has increased by up to 249%.[2]
In 2014 the company was presented with an AHK German Business Award for Innovations by the Lithuanian president.[3]
Also in 2014, NFQ Technologies was recognized as the “Best IT Firm of the Year” at the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards in Warsaw.[4]
At the SymfonyLive Conference in Berlin in 2014, the open source version of ONGR officially debuted.
Also in 2015, an annual survey by the career site CV Market rated NFQ Technologies as the best employer among software development firms in Lithuania.
In 2016 a study by Kantar TNS named NFQ Technologies as the software development company in Lithuania with the best reputation.
Also in 2016, Association of Business Service Leaders listed NFQ Technologies as "Representative player in Kaunas”.[5]
In 2018 CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards: NFQ Technologies shortlisted as "Top Employer Branding Initiative”.[6]
