History[edit]
NTK Nakkila was founded in 1984 with its original name "Nakkilan Tennisklubi", it was a tennis team, thus the name. When floorball got popular in Satakunta, Nakkilan Tennisklubi quickly adopted floorball as their main sport in 1993. In 1998 Tennisklubi went on the leagued held by SSBL. They played in the VI-division. Tennisklubi's floorball team name was "Masabandy" at the time. Masabandy played well and got victories but didnt get to play for a league promotion. In the 1999-2000 season Masabandy played for the promotion. Masabandy's first line had made 2/3th of the teams points. They did not get promoted but every team went to the V-division after VI-division was disbanded. In the 2000-2001 season Masabandy was promoted to the IV-division (not to be confused with VI-division) after FBT Skillers gave up the league spot. After the season, Masabandy played the qualifiers for the III-division against the Lion's Heart (now SBS Wirmo), Masabandy lost. In the 2001-2002 season Masabandy changed their name to NTK Nakkila. In the 2002-2003 season NTK established a new team to the V-division called NTK II. In the end of the 2003-2004 season NTK got promoted to the III-division.[3]
