Narugopal Mandal is an Indian Bengali movie chief, screenwriter. He made his first time at the helm with "Megh Bhanga Roddur" at nineteenth Kolkata International Film Festival (2013).

Narugopal Mandal brought into the world on 25 August 1975 at Agarpara in East Midnapore, West Bengal. His folks are Shyam Sundar Mandal and Late Lata Rani Mandal.
